How Laundry Service Works

Select from weekly or pre-paid pounds packages, or just pay as you go. Tell us where your laundry will be and schedule your pick up and delivery. Enter any laundry requests (air-dry, hypo-allergetic detergent etc.)

If you have a place you can safely leave your laundry unattended for pick up, like a front porch or entryway, let us know. Otherwise we will ring your bell and/or call your cell when we arrive. Please give us your dry cleaning in a separate bag if possible.

We separate lights and darks and will wash your stuff as individual loads (never mixed with someone elses laundry). We use Tide and Downy and will follow your special requests, including air-drying certain articles and using non-scented or hypoallergetic detergent. Submit these requests in advance on the web or just include a note with laundry. Our staff will professionally fold your clothes and then neatly package in recycled brown paper for delivery.

Your package of clean folded laundry is labeled and ready for drop off the day after pick up. If you have a place we can safely leave it, like a front porch or building lobby, let us know. Otherwise we will ring your bell and/or call your cell when we arrive. Dry cleaning typically takes longer depending on the items.
